Valkyrie is a subsidiary of Stavellan International Co. LLC. All payments and regulations apply.
1. Offers
1. Offers are valid for 30 days from the date of the offer unless otherwise stated.
2. Agreements deviating from the offer are only binding after written confirmation from Valkyrie.
2. Prices
1. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
2. If Valkyrie's costs in connection with the fulfillment of an offer increase as a result of, insurance, customs, taxes, exchange rate changes, or other conditions over which Valkyrie has no control, Valkyrie reserves the right to regulate the prices accordingly. Prices cannot be changed after the order confirmation has been received from Valkyrie.
3. Delivery time
The stated delivery time is calculated from the day the order is received by Valkyrie. The stated delivery time is calculated from the date the service wanted is stated.
Valkyrie will inform the buyer if the normal delivery time cannot be met. Delayed service does not entitle to compensation except under controlled circumstances.
4. Payment
1. Valkyrie payment terms are net for 7 days from the invoice date. In case of payment after the due date, late interest is calculated at 12% p.a.
2. Credit assessment is carried out regularly. Companies that are not granted credit can trade against advance payment.
3. Through Social Media Management, Valkyrie will receive the funds and process payment according to the agreement of both parties via the LLC bank account. This is done to ensure the safety of funds being fairly distributed to both the company and the client. This also applies to the fair division of taxes.
5. Sales deposit
1. Valkyrie reserves the right to a sales pledge in accordance with § 3-14 to § 3-22 of the Mortgage Act.
6. Use of services
1. The buyer must familiarize himself with the service's properties and possible applications.
Before use, the buyer must determine whether the product is suitable for the intended use, and the buyer bears all risk and responsibility in connection therewith.
7. Responsibility
1. Valkyrie takes no responsibility for ineffective service not under our control.

3. The client not following through with providing content for management and growth
8. Rights for use of content
1. Valkyrie has the right to use and distribute photos and content created for or provided by the client for brand image and marketing purposes.
9. Complaints
1. All complaints must be made immediately in writing by letter/e-mail, and never later than 7 days after service.
2. No return or cancellation must be made without prior agreement.
10. Force majeure
1. Unforeseen and unforeseeable obstacles to the fulfillment of the agreement give Valkyrie the right to completely or partially cancel the agreement or extend the delivery time in relation to the nature and duration of the obstacle. Termination of the agreement or delay entails no liability for damages for Valkyrie. Valkyrie is obliged to notify the buyer of such obstacles and their consequences.
11. Disputes
1. All discrepancies that may arise in connection with a purchase agreement, and which the parties themselves cannot agree on, shall be settled in accordance with Scandinavian law. Helsinki, Finland is the venue.
